Spray Guns

T-Series™ Spray Gun

Fuji Spray® developed the T-Series™ Spray Gun (US Patent Pending) to meet the rising demand for a spray gun that offers ultimate flexibility and control.

The T-Series™ delivers an enhanced spray pattern for exceptional performance. The new sleek design is ergonomic and well balanced.  Overall the T-Series™ is 20% lighter which allows for easy maneuvering and less fatigue on the operator.

The Fuji T-Series™ Spray Gun features an exclusive side-mounted Pattern Control Knob to adjust the size of the fan. This knob allows you to switch from small to large pattern or anywhere in between. Simply turn the knob counter-clockwise for a smaller pattern and clockwise for larger. This method provides full incremental adjustment of the fan size.

All Fuji T-Series™ Spray Guns are Non-Bleed. This means that air passes through the spray gun only when the trigger is pulled. All newer Fuji Turbines are designed and built with a bleed-off inside the turbine to allow use of any Non-Bleed spray gun.

The benefits of Non-Bleed include…

  • Less blowing around of shop dust and negligible turbulence in the spray area.
  • Less paint buildup on the tip of the Fluid Nozzle.
  • Spray gun noise (hiss of air) appears to be lessened, because now the hiss of air is intermittent.

The T-Series™ Spray Gun features a Stay-Cool Nylon Handle (fitted over a metal tube), Stainless Steel Fluid Passages and an External Needle Packing Adjustment. The Knobs and Collar are metal. The Fan Pattern is adjustable from 1” to 15” from 8″ distance. Smaller than 1″ is achieved by moving closer to the object to be sprayed. The large fan size pattern depends upon viscosity – thinner liquids = larger fan pattern. You can obtain a professional finish with all known coatings. The Gun Body is CNC machined to aircraft tolerances.

9600-4 XPC™ Spray Gun

9600-4 Xpc Spray Gun

The Fuji XPC™ Spray Gun features and exclusive side Pattern Control Knob to adjust the Fan Size. This is a very desirable feature. The Fuji XPC™ is non-bleed, so air only passes through the spray gun when the trigger is pulled.

The benefits of non-bleed include…

 - Less blowing around of shop dust and negligible turbulence in the spray area.

 - Less paint buildup on the tip of the Fluid Nozzle (because the Fluid Nozzle does not get a chance to heat up).

 - Spray gun noise (hiss of air) appears to be lessened, because now the hiss of air is intermittent.

The standard Aircap set is the High-Efficiency™ 4H which is .055″ (1.4mm) for fine finishing with lacquers, enamels, polyurethanes, latex, water based coatings and more.

9600-G-XPC™ Gravity Spray Gun

untitled

Fuji developed this Spray Gun to meet a rising demand for a gravity gun that can be used with an HVLP turbine.

The Gravity Spray Gun has all the features of the standard Fuji XPC™ Spray Gun (because it uses the same gun body and parts). The #4H Aircap (High-Efficiency™) is installed. This is the medium output size which is best for fine finishing with lacquers, enamels, polyurethanes, latex, water based coatings and more. The angle of the Gravity Cup 400cc (.85 Pint) can be adjusted. This cup is now pressurized so you have the full range of spraying available to you.

Especially popular with Bathtub Refinishers but perfect for cabinets/furniture and automotive too.
